How it works ?

To provide the highest quality of services we want to show an exemplary outline of ordering a translation.

Single translation

A customer sends us a text (as an attachment) on Our Company's email address office@medelin.org,together with his own contact data.
When we receive a given text, we make its fast valuation and determine the time when the translation will be finished - the information we send via the reply mail.
If the customers accepts the conditions he has to confirm his order and send data that will be included in an invoice.
We sendpro forma invoice in a pdf format on Customer's email address, and begin the translation.
When the customer pays the amount of money included in pro formainvoice (in any chosen by him way - e.g by using online payments
When we receive money we send the final version of translation on the Customer's email address, or deliver in a different way.
Then, we issue a invoice with VAT tax included and send it via post on a given by customer address.

Constant cooperation

A customer sends us an offer of coperation with our company on our email: office@medelin.org and includes specific information concerning his expectations.
In such a case, we prepare for the customer a precursory offer determining our possibilities how to realize the tasks the Customer had described.
When our offer is accepted by the Customer, we negotiate individually rates and times of translation.
We make a contract that determines each aspect of our deal and send it to the Customer, the conditions of contract are specified individually.
After the both sides sign the contract, we set about realization of the order on the conditions stated in the contract. p

How we calculate the price of translation?

We check the number of characters in Openoffice or Word editors statistics. When a given document is written in a different format, we copy characters to editor.
Total number of characters from the Customer's text, then, is divided by 1800 (standard page of translation), and next is multiplied by rate.
The sum achieved is the price of translation brutto.
In case of technical translations, to brutto price of translation we add from 20 to 40 percent depending on the level of difficulty.
When format of document sent by Customer does not enable any edition (e.g. graphics) – we count page as 1800 of characters.
